Overview

The Pine Forest NJROTC Drill Team represents the highest standards of discipline, precision, and military bearing. Cadets on our Drill team train extensively in orderly drill and movements, working together to perform as a single, unified team.

What is Drill?

Drill is the foundation of military discipline. It teaches cadets how to:

• Move with precision and confidence

• Follow commands accurately and instantly

• Work as part of a coordinated team

• Develop leadership and attention to detail

Drill Team takes these skills beyond the classroom and applies them in competitive and ceremonial environments. Drill Team builds strong cadets and a strong unit. Members gain experiences that push them beyond their comfort zones while strengthening leadership, confidence, and pride in NJROTC. No prior drill experience is required!

Drill Team members are expected to:

• Attend practices regularly and on time

• Maintain proper uniform standards

• Demonstrate respect, discipline, and motivation

• Represent the unit professionally at all times

Practice Times and Dates

• Monday-Thursday After school from 3:15pm-5:30pm
