NJROTC cadets are expected to uphold high standards of conduct, appearance, and professionalism. These regulations exist to promote discipline, accountability, and pride in the unit while preparing cadets for leadership and responsible citizenship.

The following sections outline the standards for uniforms, grooming, ranks, and awards in accordance with NJROTC guidelines and unit policies. Cadets are responsible for knowing and following these standards at all times while participating in NJROTC activities.
